DEVELOPMENT OF A BLENDED INSTRUCTIONAL MANAGEMENT MODEL OUTLINE FOR PRACTICAL TEACHING (4 ON) ACCORDING TO NEW NORMAL LIFE FROM THE SPREAD OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES OF THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Abstract

The objective of this research was to development of blended instructional management model outline for practical teaching (4 On) according to new normal life from the spread of infectious diseases of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The methods for conducting research are 1) setting up a conceptual framework, 2) studying concepts and theories, 3) specifying details of the pattern, 4) focus groups to criticize the model outline, and 5) Evaluating to approve the model outline. This research collected quality and quantity data from 5 experts in instructional model outline, distance learning and computer education from purposive sampling method. The research tool comprises of blended instructional management model for practical teaching (4 On) according to new normal life from the spread of infectious diseases of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and evaluation form to approve the model. The data analysis were elementary statistics include the mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research showed that: the instructional management models consisted of 1) the goals of instructional management model. 2) the role of the instructor, 3) the role of the learner, 4) the instructional activity process, 5) the instructional management method (4 ON), 6) the evaluation, and 7) the instructional management system and the approve of the developed instructional management model in a good level.
