Renewable Energy Management by Participation of the Community in Power Plant Bhumiboldam area

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to renewable energy management guidelines by Participation of the Community in Power Plant Bhumiboldam area. Data was collected by using questionnaires of 377 people in local communities. by the method of purposive sampling and a workshop for community leaders of 20 people and 10 experts. Second step, prepare a policy proposal, a renewable energy management guidelines by Participation of the Community in Power Plant Bhumiboldam area. Data was collected by workshops of 30 relevant people to draw up a policy proposal and to evaluate the policy proposal, alternative energy management guidelines by Participation of the Community in Power Plant Bhumiboldam area. The data were collected by using questionnaires on suitability. The practical viability of the policy proposal from experts in the amount of 15 people. The result showed that: Policy proposals for renewable energy management guidelines by Participation of the Community in Power Plant Bhumiboldam area, 11 items are: 1) Educate the community on renewable energy management planning. 2) Develop a curriculum on renewable energy management among communities, schools, renewable energy experts. 3) Develop infrastructure to be suitable and sufficient for the use of renewable energy of Community. 4) Establish a learning center for renewable energy to be suitable for the condition of each area. 5) Encourage communities to develop agricultural raw materials for use as renewable energy. 6) Create local researchers to conduct research and Develop technology to be suitable for production capability and use of renewable energy. 7) To educate community leaders and people in the area about renewable energy management. 8) Build awareness of the community to raise awareness of the use of renewable energy. 9) To educate the community on how to develop a database system on renewable energy. 10) Educate communities on the preparation of monitoring and evaluation of renewable energy performance, and 11) organize activities that promote cooperation in building renewable energy network partners with various departments.
