Renewable Energy Management Guidelines of Kamphaeng Phet Province

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to renewable energy management guidelines of Kamphaeng Phet Province. Data was collected by using questionnaires of 330 people in local communities. by the method of purposive sampling and a workshop for community leaders of 20 people and 10 experts. Second step, prepare a policy proposal, a renewable energy management guidelines of Kamphaeng Phet Province. Data was collected by workshops of 30 relevant people to draw up a policy proposal and to evaluate the policy proposal, alternative energy management guidelines of Kamphaeng Phet Province. The data were collected by using questionnaires on suitability. The practical viability of the policy proposal from experts in the amount of 15 people. The result showed that: Policy proposals for renewable energy management guidelines of Kamphaeng Phet Province, 11 items are: 1) Educate the community on energy policy And national energy strategy. 2) Develop a formulation of renewable energy management among communities, schools, and alternative energy experts. 3) Promote and support the use of communities in each area. And the purification of agricultural raw materials to be used as alternative energy. 4) Establish a learning center on renewable energy to suit the conditions of each area. 5) Build local researchers to research and develop technologies suitable for production capability and use of renewable energy. Combined with educational institutes and experts. 6) Educating community leaders and local residents about renewable energy management. 7) Build awareness of the community in order to raise awareness of the use of renewable energy. 8) Encourage communities to participate in implementing the province's renewable energy policy at every stage. 9) Develop a database system on renewable energy to be efficient. 10) Establish continuous monitoring and evaluation of renewable energy performance and 11) Organize activities to promote cooperation in building alternative energy networks with various agencies.
