A STUDY OF IoT WITH ICT IMPLEMENTATION IN BANG NAM PHUNG FLOATING MARKET 4.0

The purposes of this study were to develop and study the results of the model of Thailand 4.0floating market using information technology and Internet of Things (IoT); The research instruments in this study were (1) IoTequipment consisting of Arduino Program and Blynk, which were used to control IoTequipment; (2) Appsheet for recording data of the identified locations; (3) Google Sheets, which was used as database and BI Dashboard created by Google Charts API to show the lists of stores at Bang Nam Phung floating market on Google Sites Facebook Fanpage and Shopee; and (4) Line Application to create online sales system. The participants of the study were 200entrepreneurs in Bang Nam Phung floating market, which were selected using volunteer sampling.
The results of the research including: (1) Appsheet for adding new location and products, promote real-time information, show the map, and allow the visitors to check in and give rank to the stores; (2) Line My Shop, the application, which allowed the buyers to purchase and book the products as well as replying to the buyers automatically through Chat Bot; (3) Business Intelligence (BI) and customers sentimental analysis; (4) IoTsystem to control the water spraying; (5) IoTcamera system; and (6) Facial detection systems before entering the market. The results from the use of developed model found that the average rate of satisfaction of the participants was very high. The participants were satisfied with the IoTsystem to control the water spraying the most following by the application providing the visitors about map and direction, which was used the most
