แนวทางการจัดการขยะของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาล ตำบลธาตุ อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นและแนวทางการจัดการขยะของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลธาตุ อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน พบว่าระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการจัดการขยะของเทศบาลตำบลธาตุโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.64, SD = 0.86) เมื่อวิเคราะห์เป็นรายข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากคือเทศบาลตำบลธาตุมีนโยบายที่ให้ความสำคัญในการจัดการขยะ (
= 3.91, SD = 0.62) ระดับปานกลางคือพื้นที่เขตเทศบาลมีการทิ้งขยะข้างถนนบริเวณตลาดสดจากพ่อค้าแม่ค้า (
= 3.36, SD = 1.11) ส่วนแนวทางการจัดการขยะโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 3.84, SD = 0.87) เมื่อวิเคราะห์เป็นรายข้อๆที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยแนวทางการจัดการขยะระดับมากคือต้องการให้ปรับปรุงพื้นที่ในการกำจัดขยะ (
= 3.98, SD = 0.69) ควรนำขยะมาทำปุ๋ยหมัก (หมักปุ๋ยน้ำดินปุ๋ย) (
= 3.96, SD = 0.86) และควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการจัดการขยะมากขึ้น (
= 3.94, SD = 0.76) ข้อเสนอแนะในการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์เทศบาลตำบลธาตุควรมีการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ในการกำจัดขยะให้เหมาะสม มีการรณรงค์และจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจในการนำขยะเปียกมาทำปุ๋ยน้ำหรือดินปุ๋ยต่อไป
