Abstract
Due to the globalization, the interaction and cooperation between the society at the regional level, the national level, the institutional level as well as at the individual level, is seemingly occurred on both vertical and horizontal dimensions in the manner of diversification, swiftly, intensity and borderless frontiers. Then the characteristics of the people in the societies have to be improved and developed, as well as the organizations and individuals role in the society have to be modified to meet the globalization context. Otherwise, they cannot be survival in the globalization environments. Lifelong education, learning organization, self directed learning and multi intelligent of the learner must be encouraged and contributed by the innovation educational administration.
