การเปลี่ยนผ่านจากการทํางานระยะไกลเป็นการทํางานแบบไฮบริด

หลังจากการแพร่ระบาดอย่างรุนแรงของโรค COVID-19 หลายองค์กรยังคงมีการใช้รูปแบบการทำงานระยะไกลควบคู่กับการทำงานในสถานที่ทำงานเรียกว่า การทํางานแบบไฮบริด เนื่องจากการทำงานในรูปแบบนี้จะใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารช่วยสนับสนุนให้สามารถทำงานได้จากทุกสถานที่ ทุกเวลา สามารถส่งเสริมการทำงานแบบร่วมมือ ก่อให้เกิดความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตและการทํางานที่ดีขึ้นได้ องค์กรควรจะเลือกรูปแบบการทำงานแบบใดขึ้นกับความเหมาะสมของนโยบายและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร การนำไปสู่ยอมรับของบุคลากร ความผูกพันต่อองค์กร ตลอดจนคำนึงถึงการเพิ่มผลผลิตและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของพนักงาน ปัจจัยหนึ่งที่สำคัญคือการกำหนดเป้าหมายหรือตัวชี้วัดในประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของงานที่บุคลากรทำได้
