บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์ร่วมกับการเรียนรู้แบบห้องเรียนกลับด้าน รายวิชาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่ออาชีพ 2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนออนไลน์ร่วมกับการเรียนรู้แบบห้องเรียนกลับด้าน รายวิชาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่ออาชีพ 3) เพื่อหาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ร่วมกับการเรียนรู้แบบห้องเรียนกลับด้าน รายวิชาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่ออาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคเดชอุดม ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 ที่เรียนวิชาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่ออาชีพ คัดเลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม โดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่มได้ห้องเรียนมา จำนวน 1 ห้อง รวมจำนวนนักเรียน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย
1) บทเรียนออนไลน์รายวิชาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่ออาชีพ 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้
3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างเรียนและหลังเรียน 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ผลการพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์ร่วมกับการเรียนรู้แบบห้องเรียนกลับด้าน รายวิชาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่ออาชีพ ผู้วิจัยได้แบ่งบทเรียนออกเป็น 13 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ โดยในแต่ละบทเรียนจะประกอบไปด้วยกิจกรรมนอกชั้นเรียน คือ ใบความรู้ วีดิทัศน์ สไลด์เนื้อหาบทเรียน และตัวอย่าง
ใบงาน กิจกรรมในชั้นเรียน คือ ใบงานและแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน – หลังเรียนในแต่ละหน่วย
2) ประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนออนไลน์ มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ 85.29/86.58
3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับ
มากที่สุด

This research aimed to 1) develop online lessons combined with flipped classroom learning for the course Digital Literacy for Career, 2) determine the efficiency of the online lessons combined with flipped classroom learning for the course Digital Literacy for Career, and 3) examine the satisfaction of students learning through the online lessons combined with flipped classroom learning for the course Digital Literacy for Career. The sample group consisted of vocational certificate-level students at Det Udom Technical College, enrolled in the course Digital Literacy for Career during the second semester of the 2025 academic year. The sample was selected through cluster random sampling, using the classroom as the sampling unit, yielding one classroom of 30 students. The research instruments comprised: 1) online lessons for the course Digital Literacy for Career, 2) lesson plans, 3) a learning achievement test a learning achievement test administered during and after each unit, and 4) a satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation.
The research findings revealed that
1) Regarding the development of the online lessons combined with flipped classroom learning for the course Digital Literacy for Career, the researcher divided the lessons into 13 learning units. Each unit included out-of-class activities consisting of knowledge sheets, videos, content slides, and sample worksheets, as well as in-class activities consisting of worksheets and pre-test/post-test assessments for each unit.
2) The efficiency of the online lessons was 85.29/86.58.
3) The satisfaction of students learning with the online lessons was at the highest level.
