การพัฒนาระบบฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพทางไกลสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองด้วยความจริงเสริมแบบไร้จุดมาร์กเกอร์และแดชบอร์ดสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจทางคลินิกด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์แบบผสมผสาน

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพทางไกลสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง โดยใช้ความจริงเสริมแบบไร้จุดมาร์กเกอร์ ร่วมกับแดชบอร์ดสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจทางคลินิกด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์แบบผสมผสาน เพื่อแก้ไขข้อจำกัดของแนวทางที่ต้องใช้อุปกรณ์สวมใส่ และสนับสนุนการติดตามผลการบำบัดอย่างต่อเนื่องที่บ้าน ระบบใช้มีเดียไปป์ (MediaPipe) สำหรับการติดตามจุดสังเกตของมือจำนวน 21 จุด แบบเรียลไทม์จากกล้องเว็บแคมมาตรฐาน โดยป้อนข้อมูลเข้าสู่สถาปัตยกรรมปัญญาประดิษฐ์แบบผสมผสาน (Hybrid AI) ที่ผสานปัญญาประดิษฐ์แบบใช้กฎเกณฑ์ (Rule-Based AI) กับโมเดลภาษาขนาดใหญ่เพื่อสร้างข้อเสนอแนะและสรุปรายงานทางคลินิก ภายใต้กรอบกรอบแนวคิดและเครื่องมือในการประเมินการออกแบบซีเรียสเกม (Serious Game Design Assessment) และแนวคิดความยืดหยุ่นของระบบประสาท ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยประกอบด้วยการประเมินเชิงวิศวกรรม การทดสอบด้วยชุดข้อมูลจำลอง 100 กรณีศึกษา และการทวนสอบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 9 ท่าน ผลการประเมินในสภาพแวดล้อมจำลองพบว่า ระบบมีอัตราการสูญเสียเฟรมเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 5.36 ความคลาดเคลื่อนเชิงพื้นที่ 10.51 พิกเซล อัตราเฟรม 49.6–58.4 FPS และความหน่วง 45.2–68.7 มิลลิวินาที ส่วนการประเมินแดชบอร์ดปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ด้วยข้อมูลจำลอง 100 กรณี ศึกษาพบว่าความแม่นยำเท่ากับร้อยละ 92.00 และความสามารถในการตรวจจับ เท่ากับร้อยละ 89.36 ขณะที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินความเหมาะสมของสถาปัตยกรรมและความสอดคล้องเชิงหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.59–4.75) จุดเด่นของการศึกษานี้คือการบูรณาการความจริงเสริมแบบไร้จุดมาร์กเกอร์ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์แบบผสมผสาน และแดชบอร์ดคลินิกในระบบต้นแบบเดียว อย่างไรก็ตามผลลัพธ์ในบทความนี้เป็นการประเมินต้นแบบในสภาพแวดล้อมจำลอง และการรับรองโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จึงควรมีการศึกษาทางคลินิกเพิ่มเติมก่อนการนำไปใช้จริงในวงกว้าง
