การพัฒนาแบบจำลองความร้อนเชิงพลวัตแบบผสมสำหรับการประมาณค่าอุณหภูมิถังหม้อแปลงกำลังขนาดพิกัด 25 MVA แบบ ONAF

งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการพัฒนาแบบจำลองความร้อนเชิงพลวัตแบบผสม สำหรับการประมาณค่าอุณหภูมิถังของหม้อแปลงกำลังขนาด 25 MVA ที่ใช้ระบบระบายความร้อนแบบ ONAF โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับความแม่นยำในการประเมินอุณหภูมิภายใต้สภาวะโหลดที่แปรผันตามเวลา แบบจำลองที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นการบูรณาการระหว่างแนวคิดของแบบจำลองความร้อนสภาวะคงที่และแบบจำลองความร้อนเชิงพลวัต เพื่อให้สามารถคำนวณทั้งอุณหภูมิสมดุลปลายทางและลักษณะการตอบสนองเชิงเวลาได้อย่างสอดคล้องกัน ในการจำลองได้กำหนดอุณหภูมิแวดล้อมคงที่ที่ 28 องศาเซลเซียส และกำหนดช่วงเวลาการคำนวณทุก ๆ 15 นาที ครอบคลุมระยะเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง รวมทั้งสิ้น 96 จุดข้อมูล โดยใช้อัตราส่วนกระแสโหลดที่แปรผันในช่วง 0.3 – 1.8 ต่อหน่วย ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบพบว่า แบบจำลองความร้อนเชิงพลวัตแบบผสมสามารถสะท้อนแนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุณหภูมิได้สอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมการทำงานจริงมากกว่าแบบจำลองสภาวะคงที่ และแบบจำลองเชิงพลวัต นอกจากนี้ได้ทำการเปรียบเทียบผลลัพธ์กับวิธีไฟไนต์เอลิเมนต์ โดยแบ่งช่วงการทดสอบออกเป็น 3 ระดับโหลด ได้แก่ โหลดต่ำ โหลดปานกลาง และโหลดสูง ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการเพิ่มกำลังสูญเสียในขดลวดตั้งแต่ 0 ถึง 57.39 kW ตามพิกัดกำลังสูญเสียของหม้อแปลง ผลการประเมินค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนเฉลี่ย ในแต่ละช่วงโหลดพบว่า แบบจำลองความร้อนสภาวะคงที่มีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับร้อยละ 6, 8 และ 10 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งสูงกว่าแบบจำลองความร้อนเชิงพลวัตที่มีค่าเท่ากับร้อยละ 1.80, 2.57 และ 3.31 และแบบจำลองความร้อนเชิงพลวัตแบบผสมที่มีค่าเท่ากับร้อยละ 1.24, 0.66 และ 2.35 ตามลำดับ ผลการทดสอบเปรียบเทียบอุณหภูมิถังหม้อแปลงชี้ให้เห็นว่า แบบจำลองความร้อนเชิงพลวัตแบบผสมมีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดเมื่อเทียบกับวิธีอื่น ๆ แสดงให้เห็นถึงความแม่นยำในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ทางวิศวกรรม และมีศักยภาพในการประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับการวิเคราะห์โหลด รวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบติดตามอุณหภูมิของหม้อแปลงในงานปฏิบัติจริงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
