การออกแบบรถตัดอ้อยต้นแบบที่เหมาะสมด้วยระเบียบวิธีไฟไนต์เอลิเมนต์

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบรถตัดอ้อยแบบตัดเป็นลำ โดยประยุกต์ใช้วิศวกรรมย้อนรอยร่วมกับการออกแบบสามมิติและการวิเคราะห์ด้วยระเบียบวิธีไฟไนต์เอลิเมนต์ (Finite Element Method: FEM) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงโครงสร้างก่อนการผลิตจริง โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากรถต้นแบบเดิมมาสร้างแบบจำลองสามมิติและประเมินความแข็งแรงของโครงสร้าง มีการออกแบบชุดตัดยอดอ้อยให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องมากขึ้น เพื่อลดการสะสมของเศษวัสดุบริเวณพื้นที่ทำงาน ผลการวิเคราะห์เชิงโครงสร้างพบว่า ระบบสับยอดอ้อยแบบเดิมมีค่า Yield Strength เท่ากับ 2.83×108 Pa และมีค่า Von Mises Stress สูงสุดเท่ากับ 2.67×108 Pa ส่งผลให้มีค่าเผื่อความปลอดภัย (Factor of Safety: FoS) เท่ากับ 1.06 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับใกล้เคียงต่อการครากของวัสดุ ภายหลังการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพบว่าค่า Von Mises Stress สูงสุดลดลงเหลือ 140.50 MPa และทำให้ค่า FoS เพิ่มขึ้นเป็นประมาณ 2.01 แสดงให้เห็นถึงการเพิ่มระดับความปลอดภัยเชิงโครงสร้างและความสามารถในการรองรับสภาวะโหลดผันผวนที่เกิดขึ้นจริงได้ดียิ่งขึ้น และแนวคิดระบบปัดเศษใบอ้อยยังช่วยลดโอกาสการติดขัดที่เกิดจากการสะสมของเศษใบอ้อย ส่งผลให้กระบวนการตัดอ้อยมีความต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
