The journal will temporarily suspend manuscript submissions from June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026, in order to improve and further develop the system. Regular submissions will resume on September 1, 2026.

Manuscripts submitted prior to the system closure will continue to be processed through the subsequent stages as usual.
