การเปรียบเทียบลายเซ็นการสั่นสะเทือนแบบโดเมนเวลาของสปินเดิลเครื่องซีเอ็นซีขนาดเล็กตามรูปแบบเส้นทางการแกะสลักไม้

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบลายเซ็นการสั่นสะเทือนแบบโดเมนเวลาของสปินเดิลเครื่องซีเอ็นซีขนาดเล็กภายใต้รูปแบบเส้นทางการแกะสลักไม้ที่แตกต่างกัน และศึกษาผลของการปรับเรียบสัญญาณต่อการรักษาลักษณะของสัญญาณดิบ การทดลองใช้ไม้ตะเคียนรากเป็นชิ้นงาน ดอกกัด HSS แบบ 2 ฟัน ขนาด 3 มิลลิเมตร โดยกำหนดความเร็วรอบสปินเดิล 10,000 รอบต่อนาที อัตราป้อน 150 มิลลิเมตรต่อนาที และความลึกในการตัด 5 มิลลิเมตร เส้นทางการแกะสลักประกอบด้วยเส้นตรง วงกลม และสามเหลี่ยม สัญญาณความเร่งการสั่นสะเทือนถูกตรวจวัดบริเวณสปินเดิลแยกตามทิศทางแนวแกน แนวนอน และแนวดิ่ง ข้อมูลแต่ละเงื่อนไขมีจำนวน 2,048 จุด ในช่วงเวลา 0.080 วินาที วิเคราะห์ด้วยค่า RMS, Peak, Peak-to-Peak และสัมประสิทธิ์ความแปรปรวน (CV) รวมทั้งปรับเรียบสัญญาณด้วยวิธีค่าเฉลี่ยเคลื่อนที่ (MA) และการปรับเรียบเอกซ์โพเนนเชียลอย่างง่าย (SES) และประเมินความแตกต่างระหว่างสัญญาณดิบกับสัญญาณที่ผ่านการปรับเรียบด้วยค่า MAE, RMSE และ NRMSE ผลการศึกษาพบว่าเส้นทางแบบเส้นตรงให้ค่า RMS สูงที่สุดในทั้งสามทิศทาง โดยมีค่า 7.875, 8.120 และ 8.644 g ในแนวแกน แนวนอน และแนวดิ่งตามลำดับ และมีค่า CV ค่อนข้างต่ำอยู่ในช่วง 3.701–11.532% แสดงถึงระดับการสั่นสะเทือนที่สูงแต่ค่อนข้างสม่ำเสมอ ขณะที่เส้นทางแบบวงกลมมีความแปรปรวนของสัญญาณสูง โดยมีค่า CV อยู่ในช่วง 46.778–72.974% ส่วนเส้นทางแบบสามเหลี่ยมมีความสม่ำเสมอในแนวแกนและแนวนอน แต่มีความแปรปรวนสูงในแนวดิ่ง โดยมีค่า CV 58.617% สำหรับค่า MAE, RMSE และ NRMSE แสดงระดับการเบี่ยงเบนของสัญญาณที่เกิดขึ้นหลังการปรับเรียบ และใช้เพื่ออธิบายผลของระดับการปรับเรียบ ไม่ได้ใช้เป็นเกณฑ์เพียงอย่างเดียวในการตัดสินวิธีปรับเรียบที่เหมาะสมที่สุด ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบเส้นทางการแกะสลักและทิศทางการวัดให้ลักษณะลายเซ็นการสั่นสะเทือนในโดเมนเวลาที่แตกต่างกัน
