การเปรียบเทียบวิธีประมาณกำลังรับน้ำหนักประลัยของเสาเข็มตอกจากผลทดสอบที่ไม่ถึงจุดวิบัติ

บทคัดย่อ

การทดสอบการรับน้ำหนักของเสาเข็มมักใช้เสาเข็มทดสอบ เพื่อประเมินพฤติกรรมของเสาเข็มภายใต้สภาพชั้นดินจริง และในทางปฏิบัติมักทำการทดสอบถึงระดับน้ำหนักที่กำหนดซึ่งยังไม่แสดงจุดวิบัติของเสาเข็มอย่างชัดเจน จึงจำเป็นต้องอาศัยวิธีการตีความผลการทดสอบเพื่อประมาณค่ากำลังรับน้ำหนักบรรทุกประลัย งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินและเปรียบเทียบวิธีประมาณค่ากำลังรับน้ำหนักบรรทุกประลัยของเสาเข็มตอกจากข้อมูลภาคสนามของโครงการก่อสร้างทางหลวง แยกทางหลวงหมายเลข 4 – ด่านสะเดาแห่งที่ 2 ตอน 1 จังหวัดสงขลา โดยใช้ข้อมูลเสาเข็มทดสอบจำนวน 5 ต้น ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลการเจาะสำรวจชั้นดิน ข้อมูลการตอกเสาเข็ม และผลการทดสอบกำลังรับน้ำหนักแบบสถิตในสนาม การวิเคราะห์ดำเนินการด้วย 1) วิธีสถิตยศาสตร์ 2) วิธีตีความผลการทดสอบกำลังรับน้ำหนักแบบสถิตหลายวิธีซึ่งนำไปสู่ 3) วิธีแบบผสม และ 4) วิธีพลศาสตร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ค่ากำลังรับน้ำหนักบรรทุกประลัยที่ได้จากแต่ละวิธีมีความแตกต่างกันตามหลักการวิเคราะห์และข้อมูลตั้งต้นของแต่ละวิธี โดยวิธีสถิตยศาสตร์ให้ค่าประมาณค่อนข้างต่ำและมีลักษณะค่อนข้างอนุรักษ์นิยมซึ่งให้ค่ากำลังรับน้ำหนักบรรทุกประลัยอยู่ในช่วง 122.75–142.95 ตัน ขณะที่วิธีแบบผสมให้ค่าประมาณในช่วง 132.46–177.84 ตัน จึงสามารถใช้เป็นทางเลือกในการประเมินร่วมกับวิธีอื่น ส่วนวิธีพลศาสตร์ให้ค่าสูงที่สุด ซึ่งสะท้อนอิทธิพลของสมมติฐานด้านพลังงานและสภาพการตอกเสาเข็ม โดย Hiley formula ให้ค่าอยู่ในช่วง 206.54–273.67 ตัน และ Engineering news formula ให้ค่าอยู่ในช่วง 181.82–210.53 ตัน ดังนั้น การประเมินกำลังรับน้ำหนักบรรทุกประลัยของเสาเข็มตอกไม่ควรพิจารณาจากวิธีใดวิธีหนึ่งเพียงวิธีเดียว แต่ควรใช้หลายวิธีร่วมกันเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจเชิงวิศวกรรมภายใต้ข้อจำกัดของข้อมูลภาคสนาม
