Abstract

Due to the different political opinions, the conflict of interests and the lack of the opportunity in access to information, democracy misunderstanding and inequality and of the clear separation of powers of the legislative, the judiciary and the executive, Thailand were clearly divided into different groups. These problems lead to the theory of Two Cities of Democracy, rural area and urban area. However, these problems can be solved by giving the educational equity to support the mindful of thoughts and to understand how to keep consciousness. In addition, the democracy in the minds can help all people coordinate their Thai society peacefully and can solve Thai political conflict in the long term.
