The Improvement of CNC Light Machine

Abstract

This research improved the CNC light machine that the distant movement axis was X = 300, Y = 200 and Z = 300 mm. The researchers developed the movement set. The motion of each axis of CNC light machine was tested by using the scroll position point by point especially the movement of X axis and Y axis position and the collaboration of both axes. The drilling of the hole on the specimen was tested in order to measure the distance between the drilled holes in the engineering laboratory measurements to determine the error of the position holes. The results were found that the error of the position holes was not more than r 80 ôm. It could be concluded that the CNC light machine can work as specified.
