Low Power Ring Oscillator Using VTCMOS
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research presents the ring oscillator circuit designed using variable threshold CMOS (VTCMOS). The circuit is low power consumption, suitable for the design of a very large scale integrated circuit (VLSI). The performance circuit is designed using a 90 nm technology at 0.2 V of supply voltage. The simulation results with PSPICE program were found that at the frequency 1.9 MHz, the circuit power consumption is only 8.6 pW and can generate frequency up to 104 MHz, with power consumption of 80.3 µW.
