Application of Geometry in Solving Simple Mathematical Problems

Abstract
This paper presents the application of geometry in solving simple mathematical problems. Only simple tools such as a ruler for distance measuring and a compass for circle drawing are needed. Certain theorems in geometry, the similar triangle theorem, some theorem on circle and the Pythagoras theorem are employed in effectively solving simple mathematical problems of interest.
