"R2R: Routine to Research" for Educational Institution

Abstract
This paper presents the concept of Routine to Research (R2R), which can enhance the work efficiency and also support the routine as the valued work. R2R applies not only to the work in public health but also to the work in every field including the educational institution. The examples of universities, that make use of R2R supporting research from routine to solve the real case problem in the work and to drive the learning organization, are discussed.
