การประยุกต์ใช้โครงข่ายประสาทเทียมที่รับรู้ฟิสิกส์ (PINNs) เพื่อการจำลองการเคลื่อนที่ของน้ำในดินไม่อิ่มตัวตามสมการริชาร์ด

บทคัดย่อ
ความเข้าใจพฤติกรรมการไหลน้ำในดินไม่อิ่มตัวเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญสำหรับเกษตรแม่นยำและการจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำ วิธีเชิงตัวเลขแบบดั้งเดิมที่ใช้แก้สมการริชาร์ดมักประสบปัญหาความไม่เสถียรเชิงตัวเลขบริเวณแนวรุกของน้ำและข้อจำกัดในการกำหนดขนาดกริด การศึกษานี้จึงมุ่งประเมินสมรรถนะของโครงข่ายประสาทเทียมที่รับรู้ฟิสิกส์ (PINNs) ในการจำลองการไหลของน้ำในดินแบบหนึ่งมิติภายใต้สภาวะการให้น้ำชลประทาน โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากแบบจำลอง HYDRUS-1D สำหรับดินร่วนเป็นเกณฑ์อ้างอิง โครงสร้าง PINNs ประกอบด้วยชั้นซ่อน 4 ชั้น ชั้นละ 64 นิวรอน ร่วมกับการใช้ฟังก์ชันกระตุ้นแบบไซน์ (SIREN) และเทคนิค Soft-clipping เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการหาอนุพันธ์อัตโนมัติและป้องกันความผิดพลาดทางคณิตศาสตร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า PINNs มีความแม่นยำสูงมาก โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) มากกว่า 0.99 และค่า RMSD ต่ำกว่า 0.004 ทั้งในชุดข้อมูลฝึกสอนและทดสอบ แบบจำลองสามารถจับลักษณะการเคลื่อนที่ของแนวรุกของน้ำที่มีความชันสูงและการแปรผันตามรอบการให้น้ำรายวันได้อย่างเสถียรโดยไม่เกิดการแกว่งตัวเชิงตัวเลข แม้จะพบการแกว่งตัวเล็กน้อย ณ เวลาเริ่มต้น (t = 0) แต่ PINNs แสดงให้เห็นถึงความสามารถในการเรียนรู้กฎทางฟิสิกส์และการอนุรักษ์มวลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ งานวิจัยนี้ยืนยันศักยภาพของ PINNs ในฐานะแบบจำลองตัวแทนที่เชื่อถือได้ ซึ่งช่วยก้าวข้ามข้อจำกัดของวิธีการแบบแบ่งกริดดั้งเดิมในการวิเคราะห์พลวัตน้ำในดิน
