Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study and compare the students' satisfaction in using the cafeteriaservice. Uttaradit Rajabhat University Demonstration School Classified by gender and educational level Thesample group consisted of 340 students at the Demonstration School of Uttaradit Rajabhat University byusing Taro Yamane's sample group determination. A 5-level estimation scale questionnaire on studentsatisfaction in using the cafeteria service. Uttaradit Rajabhat University Demonstration School The statisticsused in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the statistics used to
test the hypothesis are Statistics for (t-test) and One-Way ANOVAThe results showed that the overall satisfaction of students in using the cafeteria service in 5 aspects
was at a high level, namely quality and service. The average was 3.61 in terms of cleanliness. The mean was3.96 in terms of containers and equipment. The mean was 3.88 in terms of location and environment. Themean was 3.83 and the service provider in the part of those involved. The mean is 3.82 The comparisonresults, gender and educational level found that Students of different sexes were satisfied with the cafeteria service. Uttaradit Rajabhat University Demonstration School The overall picture is no different. and students with different educational levels Satisfied with using the cafeteria service Uttaradit Rajabhat University Demonstration School Overall, the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level
