Pattern Design Inspired By Flamboyant

Abstract

Flamboyant is a tree of Uttaradit Rajabhat University. The flower has a bouquet at the end of the
branch and has five petals. The color of petals is red to orange which will bloom from April -June. Ourresearch has the objectives to design a pattern of brocade inspired by the Flamboyant flower. We will create
a motif from the real nature based on the wisdom of Ban Thung Phlo, Si Satchanalai Sukhothai. Moreover,
we will use the basic knowledge of geometric transformation to create a motif. Finally, we will generate the
algorithm to compute the number of flowers.
