Online Premilin Spa Management System

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to design and develop the management system in web application format for the Premilin Spa. The system is to be able to collect data and record into database. Such data are customer history, order information, reservation service queue, payment method and evaluating employee performance. The system is developed using PHP Language and MySQL database management. Performance of the system is evaluated in four tests: (1) Functional requirement test (2) Program functional test (3) the design of the application and (4) Database management test. The system is evaluated by managers, staffs and customers. The results of the evaluation were good level. The system is easy to use, accurate, complete and secure
