Factors Related to Stress and Stress Management of Adolescents in Mueang District Uttaradit Province
Abstract
This descriptive correlational research to study factors related to stress, and stress management of adolescents in Mueang District, Uttaradit Province. 333 participants were selected randomly by multi-stage sampling. The data were collected by using self-administered questionnaires that reliability of the questionnaires between 0.94-0.96. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, max, min) and Chi-square. The results revealed that most of the samples were male around 72 percent the average age was 15 ± 1.58 years. The overall stress of the sample was high. The stress management was at a moderate level.
